Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms is to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between [Sanha Korea Co., Ltd.] (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and members regarding the use of the [Website] (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
"Service" refers to all services provided through the [website/app] operated by the Company.
"Member" refers to a person who agrees to these terms and enters into a service usage agreement with the Company.
"ID" refers to a combination of letters or numbers set by the member and approved by the Company for identification and use of the Service.
"Password" refers to a combination of letters or numbers set to verify that the member matches the assigned ID and to protect the member’s rights and interests.
Article 3 (Display, Effect, and Modification of Terms)
The Company shall display the contents of these terms on the initial screen of the Service or through a linked page so that members can easily review them.
The Company may revise these terms within the limits permitted by relevant laws.
Revised terms shall indicate the effective date and reasons for the revision and will be deemed agreed upon if the member does not raise an objection.
Article 4 (Conclusion of Use Agreement)
A service use agreement is concluded when a person wishing to become a member (hereinafter, "Applicant") agrees to these terms and completes the registration process as specified by the Company.
The Company generally approves applications from Applicants. However, approval may be denied or postponed in the following cases:
- When the application is not in the applicant's real name or uses another person’s name
- When false information is provided
- Other cases deemed inappropriate according to the Company’s policies
Article 5 (Member Obligations)
Members must comply with relevant laws and these terms and must not engage in the following actions:
- Using or stealing another person’s information
- Interfering with the operation of the Service or deliberately causing errors
- Infringing on the Company’s or third parties’ intellectual property rights
- Engaging in activities that violate public order or good morals
Article 6 (Company Obligations)
The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws or against public order and shall do its best to provide continuous and stable services.
The Company shall protect members’ personal information and operate a protection policy in accordance with relevant laws.
Article 7 (Provision and Change of Services)
The Company may change the content of the services for operational or technical reasons, and such changes will be announced in advance.
Article 8 (Restriction and Suspension of Service Use)
The Company may restrict or suspend a member’s use of the Service in the following cases:
- When a member violates these terms
- Due to unavoidable reasons such as system maintenance, failure, or communication issues
- Other cases that interfere with the normal operation of the Service
Article 9 (Termination of Agreement and Restriction of Use)
Members may terminate the service agreement at any time using the service’s account deletion function.
The Company may terminate the agreement or restrict service use without prior notice if a member violates these terms or uses the Service for fraudulent purposes.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not responsible for failure to provide the Service due to natural disasters or force majeure.
The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the member.
Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including text, images, and logos, belong to the Company.
Members shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or allow third parties to use any information obtained from the Service without the prior consent of the Company.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
In case of disputes between the Company and members regarding the use of the Service, the case shall be brought to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
Supplementary Provisions
These terms shall apply from the date the website is opened.
